The customer is the most important to us.
As SWP Construction, we have been in the market for a relatively short time. The company was established in January 2017. Initially, it consisted of four people who, because of their solid experience in designing civil engineering structures on the Polish and German markets, decided to set up an office that would be different from others. Within the period of over a year the company developed in an unprecedented manner. At present, we employ 20 civil engineers. We have a wide range of customers both in Poland and on foreign markets.

We are a well-knit
team of professionals
We are very lucky because we have professional management supported by the best civil engineers with years of expertise. The SWP company currently consists of 20 experienced engineers who can perform various tasks. In addition, we cooperate with 5 external engineers, whose support we can always count on when we have especially much work to do. All our employees can not only create reinforcement plans but also perform modeling in Revit, work in Tekla or carry out statics in Sofistik.

- Msc Eng degree in Builing Structures at the Wroclaw University of technology with honors
- Civil Engineer (structural engineer) with ten years of experience on the German market
- Cooperation in the execution of design for Daimler, Brainlab, Concept Bau
- Great experience on the German market (statics, position and formwork plans, reinforcement plans)
Managing Director (founder) of MiW
- Msc Eng degree in Builing Structures at the Wroclaw University of technology with honors
- Civil Engineer with twenty of experience
- co-worker od PORR, Hochtief, SBP Stuttgart
- Leading designer of several sports stadiums (Poland, Rio de janeiro, Qatar), airports, galleries and many other structures
- owner of another large civil engineering project office in Wroclaw

Philosophy and methodology of our work
Each new task is subjected to individual assessment and boundary conditions. So before we even start working on a design, we try to listen carefully to our customers’ requests in order to be able to professionally meet their requirements.
